Abstract
Fictitious toponyms Skotoprigonyevsk and Skvoreshniki are considered from the point of view of expression of spatial-temporal relations in a text of Dostoevsky. Toponyms that implement own figurative and associative capacities are acting as a minimized text and not only determine, but also build up an interrelated onomastic system, which enhances their symbolic meaning.
