- Abstract
- The Boxing hall became the setting and main character of the study of Boxing professionals in the “black” ghetto of Chicago. The apparatus of P. Bourdieu is used; the Central place is given to the concept of habitus. “Forging” the physical and mental dispositions of a boxer, finding the right dispositions allows athletes to gain a foothold in a new space for them. The grounds for studying the object “from the inside " are shown”.
