- Abstract
- Based on quantitative content analysis of the President's messages The article outlines the main priorities of the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The study shows that the democratic reforms announced in these documents on the eve of the presidential elections are subsequently curtailed, giving way to conservative sentiments. Content analysis revealed the dependence of message construction on the analysis of internal and external (geopolitical and geo-economic) factors.
