Abstract
The article continues to present the results of an empirical study in 80 Russian business organizations. Two parameters of the firm's social organization are analyzed: “imperious” and “humanistic”. The study revealed the predominance of undemocratic forms of Russian business organization. The dominant type of political consciousness of employees is characterized by passivity, tolerance for violations of moral and legal norms by the Manager. High workloads are a condition for greater satisfaction with workers ' earnings, better material security, and career advancement from specialists and managers. The organic connection of the achievement, democratic and humanistic vectors of the social organization of Russian business is revealed.
