- Abstract
- The value of the tools used by Chinese specialists for comparable measurement of the levels and dynamics of modernization in different countries and their regions is shown. The article describes the place of Russia in the world modernization. The map-scheme of modernization of Russian regions is presented, their clustering is shown. The problems of transition from the primary to the secondary stage of modernization, socio-cultural factors of formation of the corresponding strategy of regions are considered.
