- Abstract
- Under all round expansion of Internet the techniques of manipulation by the social conscience are changing and being perfected. They take a form of reflexive governance that is a form of information influence. The notion of reflexive governance in the information environment and its various types are considered in detail. The issue of security of the Internet users is raised urgently.
