Abstract

The article describes the differences in the approaches of Russia and the United States in the sphere of their geopolitics and strategy in the regions of the world, taking into account the growing influence of China. The Introduction to the article describes the main trends in the development of the global situation in the world at the beginning of 2020. The main part of the article is devoted to the analysis of the geopolitics of the "triangle" actors at the global level. It examines the strategy of China, the United States, and Russia in the Arctic region, as well as its geopolitics and strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. It also analyzes the goals and objectives of the strategy of the "triangle" actors in Central Asia and Africa. In connection with the events that took place at the beginning of 2020 in the Middle East, the geopolitics of China, the United States and Russia in this region are considered. A separate section of the main part of the article is devoted to the role of Latin America in the plans of Beijing, Washington and Moscow. The article concludes with a number of conclusions concerning the policy and strategy of China, the United States, and Russia in the most important regions of the world. At the same time, the author believes that the revival of Russia in the XXI century at the global level will be implemented independently, relying on its political– military and economic power and partially relying on partners in the CSTO, SCO and EEU.
