Аннотация

В статье анализируются основные тезисы американских дискуссий о внешней политике Д. Трампа, при этом главный акцент делается на её европейском направлении. Отношения между союзниками по атлантическому альянсу не могут должным образом быть охарактеризованы без ответа на вопрос: как концепция президента Д. Трампа «Америка прежде всего» соотносится с НАТО? Особое внимание уделено рассмотрению темы брексита в контексте европейской политики нынешней американской администрации. Автор подробно разбирает аргументы, которые помогают оценить вероятные последствия выхода Великобритании из ЕС для американо-британских отношений. Предпринимается попытка вскрыть глубинные экономические мотивы политики Д. Трампа в отношении объединённой Европы (ЕС). В заключении делаются выводы относительно того, как системные ограничители влияют на внешнеполитическую деятельность 45-го американского президента.
