Американский план палестино-израильского урегулирования («сделка века» Д. Трампа)

Аннотация

Анализируется новый план урегулирования палестино-израильских противоречий под названием «Мир во имя процветания», представленный общественности президентом США Дональдом Трампом в январе 2020 г. в присутствии израильского руководства и вызвавший бурное обсуждение по обе стороны Атлантики. Рассмотрены взгляды главных «архитекторов» проекта «сделки века» – Джареда Кушнера, Джейсона Гринблата и Дэвида Фридмана, которые в наибольшей степени повлияли на формирование политики нынешней администрации в вопросах ближневосточного урегулирования. Обозначены политические компоненты мирного плана, затрагивающие такие стержневые вопросы, как создание палестинского государства и реализация принципа «два государства для двух народов», определение статуса Иерусалима и разрешение проблемы палестинских беженцев. Анализируются основные причины того, почему данная инициатива была незамедлительно отвергнута палестинской стороной. Особое внимание в статье уделено реакции в США на план Д. Трампа «Мир во имя процветания» со стороны Демократической и Республиканской партий, произраильских лоббистских групп, а также попыткам идеологических оппонентов использовать его в своей политической борьбе. Автор приходит к выводу, что мирная инициатива Дональда Трампа перспективу достижения мира на Ближнем Востоке и создания дееспособного палестинского государства не приблизила, а лишь отдалила.
