Topic «Fet and the Russian Symbolism» is big and deep at the same time, however, in this article we are going to explore one of its obvious sides: the connection of one of the latest poetry books by A. Fet «Evening lights» and the first volume of the early lyric poetry by A. Blok. The article compares the images of the night, the moon, the stars; the motives of singing and sounding chorus. Particular emphasis is placed on the semantic nuances of images, contextual polysemy of the motives in the XIX-XX centuries.
