- Abstract
- The article presents the results of an empirical analysis of the norms and values of Russians according to the data of the all-Russian studies of the IS RAS and the World Study of Values. It is concluded that their specificity demonstrates the qualitative features associated with the impossibility of their implementation due to the existing institutional changes in the country. It is shown that the maturation of young generations can not be the only factor in the spread of new value-normative models.
