- Abstract
- The task of sociology as a science of society is to analyze the causes of the current state of Russia. In this task examines the political economy model, developed and launched by the Russian reformers in the 1990-ies, which in the past twenty years of its development has not changed and continues to block modernization-tion potential that is not realized that part of the educated community, which has been dubbed "liberal". The article evaluates the possibilities of replacing this model.
