- Abstract
- The training of highly qualified personnel is directly related to improving the quality of youth education. However, in modern Russian society, the contradiction between the public need to train professional personnel that meet modern standards and the attitude of young people to education that has been formed in recent decades is becoming more acute. The possibility of overcoming this contradiction is considered through changing the attitude of young people to education as an object of social reality.
