- Abstract
- The article reveals some features of solving the problem of population reproduction in the historical perspective. The main focus is on the analysis of the birth rate situation in our country, the complexity and inconsistency of family and demographic policy in Russia in the XX century are revealed. Social factors that promote and hinder the implementation of state measures to stimulate and increase the birth rate in our country are discussed.
