Abstract

What is the cause of the imbalance between the dynamism of cultural environment and Human stable conservatism? Why didn't tremendous technological progress advance a Human being toward better self-understanding compared even to the Pythagoras epoch not to mention Kant one? Is mental reconstruction of Human Civilized possible and is there any likely course of such a reconstruction?
