- Abstract
- since the modern economy is in the process of qualitative transformation (from market to innovative natural resource information digital), so far as the question about the quality of the innovation changes in the law. This article (based on a previously-based regulations) contains the author’s opinion on the feasibility of transition from the horizontal principle of constructing the system of Russian law (geometrically progressive increase in the number of types and forms of law, including the techno-legal nature) to vertical (on the basis of consolidation, namely the accumulation of the doctrinal foundations of all recognized sectors of the Russian law in a single mega the branch of law – Economic Law of Russia). In this case we can talk about the accumulation of only the foundations of exhaustive specification in the range formed earlier and is familiar to all branches of Russian law (with the aim of preserving national specificities). This approach today seems innovative.
