- Abstract
- The dimensions and indicators of the service quality model for chronic patients in integrated healthcare structures are identified and determined. To identify objects and clusters of quality elements, the following methods were used: literature review, Delphi study, and concept mapping (Concept Mapping). Literature analysis gave 91 elements of comprehensive care; two rounds of the Delphi method allowed us to determine the degree of their importance; concept-Mapping used to combine elements into clusters. Multivariate statistical analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis are used to develop the quality model. Nine clusters focused on treatment, patient orientation, and inter-organizational and interagency industry cooperation were obtained and identified. The developed model can help in assessing quality in Poland and countries facing health care reforms.
